The cable car BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) project in Trabzon, specifically at Beşikdağ, is a comprehensive development aimed at enhancing tourism and local infrastructure. The project involves constructing upper and lower terminals, commercial areas, and a hotel, alongside operating the existing cable car facility. The scope includes building new commercial buildings and managing the entire operation under the BOT model, which ensures that the project is self-sustaining and profitable over time. Our role was to conduct a thorough business study of the cable car industry in Turkey, providing both commercial and technical assessments to ensure the project's feasibility and success. This included analyzing market demand, financial projections, and technical specifications to optimize the project's design and operational efficiency.
